Most single items are ready in about 3–5 business days, and we’ll always give you a firm date when we quote. Have a banquet or event that can’t slip? Tell us the deadline and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can hit it — rush work is often possible.

Absolutely — it’s some of our favorite work. Gloves, tumblers, tools, glassware, knives, instruments. Bring it by the shop and we’ll tell you on the spot whether it will take the engraving well and what it’ll cost.

No minimums. One pet tag gets the same care as three hundred team medals.

Yes — you approve a proof of the exact layout and wording before anything is cut. Nothing is engraved until you’ve signed off.

Every job is quoted individually based on the item, material, quantity and complexity of the engraving. Send us the details and we’ll reply with a price and timeline, usually the same business day.

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF) give the cleanest engraving. A high-resolution PNG or JPG usually works too — send what you have and we’ll tell you if we need anything better.
